Oval sorting machine for fruits, compact and modular, Novagram
Compact with maximum capacity
The oval shape of these fruit sorting machines offers an absolute compromise between compactness and high capacities.
Very high carrier filling level and modular
Novagram models have been developed for a wide range of fruits from apricots to pears. The oval construction and patented shape of the carriers ensure a natural release of excess fruit that prevents doubles. This results in a very high filling grade of up to 95%.
The architecture of these unique sorters offers the possibility to choose the number of outputs (7 to 15) and their modular structure guarantees future flexibility.
Fruit-friendly and accurate
The unique form and way of emptying of the carriers (patent Calibrex) ensures a very fruit-friendly and precise sorting result by weight. The wheels mounted under the carrier contribute to the low noise level.
Choice of carriers
Depending on the main product, these models are supplied with universal (Novagram) or small (Novagram +) carriers.
Model Novagram is equipped with "universal" carriers with a pitch of 100 mm. This machine therefore is optimally suited for sorting of "medium" fruit, such as peaches, apples, pears and tomatoes, with a speed of 6 carriers per second. In the case of apples for example to a maximum capacity of 3 t/h.
The model with small carriers, Novagram + has a stitch of 76 mm.
This versatile machine sorts "small" fruits such as apricots, plums and kiwis, as well as "medium" fruits such as peaches, apples, pears and tomatoes. Depending on the fruit, the sorting speed is 6 or 10 carriers per second.
As a result you can e.g. sort apricots up to 2 t / h with the Novagram.
